It looks like your subscription had been placed on hold towards the end of October due to an issue we had sending to your email provider’s servers. Because we send thousands of newsletters a day, sometimes we will get listed as spam which will cause the newsletters to bounce back and get placed into a hold status in our system. These blocks are usually resolved quickly, but the account will stay in hold until we release it on our end. This is quite common and seems to happen with certain providers more than others.

We have reset your newsletter subscription so they will start coming through again within 24 hours. If you stop receiving them again in the future, just reach out to support@komando.com and we can get this resolved!
