Thanks for that information, Here is the driver download page for your device. Here is a direct link to the AMD Chipset and Graphics driver released June 2020.
After making sure you have installed all of the latest windows updates excluding KB4569745 you had removed manually, then I would then install the Chipset / Graphics driver from the dell support page. Thereafter I would check Windows updates one last time to to make sure everything is up to date.
