John, thanks for reading my question about Webroot,my Model identifier iMac14,1
I was going to uninstall webroot and reinstall it, after downloading and printing the directions to uninstall, I tried to do so but ran into a problem.
Steps listed are:1. Open Webroot SecureAnywhere.
2. in the top left corner of screen, click Webroot SecureAnywhere.
3. Select About SecureAnywhere.
4. In the pop-up, click Uninstall Webroot SecureAnywhere.
(that was my problem, NO Uninstall Webroot SecureAnywhere came up)
If I can upgrade to Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave, that may help solve my problem since EL Capitan is no longer supported by Apple.
