Please uninstall all Dymo software from your computer, disconnect the device as well. Then make sure Windows is completely up to date.

Now you will want to visit the Dymo site here to acquire the latest software, on the landing page they describe how they are aware of the issue and the latest version of the software will fix the blank printing issue.
