I’m seeing the same thing, must have been an update with Google Chrome.
If you pop the bookmarks toolbar are they still the Yellow Manilla color for you? ctrl+shift+b or click the 3 dots in the upper RH corner then hover over bookmarks then click show bookmarks bar.
