Is anyone even answering questions on this site? I’m so disappointed to discover that Kim Komando’s site won’t allow cancellations online. I tried calling, which was one option but nobody is there to take calls. Leaving a message seems risky. Going to the trouble of mailing a letter is ridiculous.
If you require phone cancellations then someone should be answering the phone. Surely Covid isn’t preventing customer service.
