Tap or click here for a great YouTube video on using the video editor to trip and splice video clips.
Make a copy of your file > trim and rotate the first part of your video, then save that file.
Open the original or a second copy, and import the fixed rotated video to overlay the non-rotated part or create two clips and splice.
