Thank you for the reply. They do not have any software or programs on my system.
The procedure to netop in, guides the member to the Best Buy website ( that I type into my own browser), the following page that loads is a dialog box that will connect you with a Best Buy agent. I do this while I am on the phone with the Best Buy agent.
From there, you basically click a box that you accept the terms of service, and voila they’re in. I find no residual applications left on my system when they’re done ( by checking the programs that are installed on my devices).
