Is anyone even answering questions on this site? I’m so disappointed to discover that Kim Komando’s site won’t allow cancellations online. I tried calling, which was one option but nobody is there to take calls. Leaving a message seems risky. Going to the trouble of mailing a letter is ridiculous.
If you require phone cancellations then someone should be answering the phone. Surely Covid isn’t preventing customer service.
Just want to confirm anyone who has requested cancellation through this thread has been taken care of. Note you may not see this, since your account is not active! But I wanted to post confirmation here just in case.
You should receive a direct email confirming the cancellation.
