John, I have submitted my picture ID several times, with no response. This time it says info cannot be verified log onto account. If I could log on I would not be trying this option. Tried several times with phone & email. When I use my phone # it says “email cannot be verified”
Any other options, I find it hard to believe FB does not have any type of support!
