You should definitely remove that program, you can use your start menu to search for apps & features Then Search for reanimator.exe or the software name RegRun Security Suite in the search bar or try out the developer name Greatis Software and remove it.
If you want to be completely worry-free you should perform a clean install of Windows 10 after making a backup of all of your data.
