My coworker needs some internet help.
They have been using cellular internet service, neither cable or dsl service is an option. For whatever reason she can’t purchase internet service directly from AT&T or T-Mobile, but have to go thru a broker. Everything had been going fine until AT&T updated their firmware a little over a week ago. I don’t know how they determined it, but they believe their simm chip couldn’t handle / not compatible with the firmware update.
The broker sent them a unit that will pickup cellular internet service from the T-Mobile tower, but signal isn’t strong enough. Each tower is about 2 miles away.
Also, until about a month ago they had good cell phone service on their T-Mobile phones. Now their mobile phone service has become sketchy.
Any suggestions as for a better receiver or is there a direct contact at T-Mobile or AT&T to get internet service.
    Thank you,
    Ken

Ken this at&t page has a direct number at the top. It looks like they send an installer to set the antennae for best placement and should confirm it all works.

T-Mobile has their similar page with a location checker. You can also call 1-844-839-5057

The terrain and location are going to determine her cellular connection speed. If neither can provide good service you can check out starlink or hughes net
