  • No idea where to go for help with Komando.com/community – Solved!

    This site is very difficult to navigate to find information. Also why do I get ads on Komando.com when I am a member? And why must I login from Komando.com when I navigated there from my login? I am inundated with emails from Kim’s subscriber lists. Is there perhaps just one list I can subscribe to for all the information she shares? Very confused and frustrated; looking for information that is presented and accessible in an organized manner.

    Thanks for reaching out Dianne. Komando.com and community.komando.com are 2 different sites, as a member of community you will not get ads on community. The login/join community in the upper right of komando.com is just a way for community members to get here faster. In regards to newsletters, you can change your preferences here. We do offer many newsletters, maybe alerts would be good for you? Let us know if we can help with anything else.

    I am having the same problem. I am very experienced on both computer and iPhone but there are so many products and feeds that I am confused. I joined to listen to podcasts. It seems everytime I blink the website wants me to login again, whether walking my dog or driving or just trying to listen without a lot of hassle. I wish there were a single page that explained how the show podcasts work, in straightforward step by step language. And yes those pesky, overwhelming number of ads, and for that I pay for a subscription.
