This started to happen a couple of months ago.</p>

I am now listening to a podcast downloaded to my macbook and then automatically downloaded to a folder on my iphone when I synced the phone with the macbook with a cable. It would be easier to just use the podcast app on my phone directly.<br />

As soon as I leave the page the podcast stops.  Really? This is clunky to say the least.  With Itunes I can start the podcast and go do something else on my computer while the podcast plays. When I logged back into my iPhone 11, the podcast started again where it left off.  Is there a setting on my iPhone that will allow me to listen to the entire podcast even when the phone logs off?</p>

Before upgrading to Catalina on my MacBook I had to transfer Kim&#8217;s podcasts to my phone in iTunes to listen on phone. Now with the Catalina upgrade I cannot download the podcasts on either my MacBook or iPhone.
