Thanks for your reply. My issue is that this is not my PC, so I am hesitant to do much. The PC has issues as her homepage was hijacked, but I was able to fix that. Should I just try and download zoom from the main site and set up an account for her? Could that be part of the problem?

I think I removed myinboxhub from my client’s PC, but now GOPDFPro is the home page. Her G-mail also appears to have no messages. Although Smart Compose is turned on, it is not predicting. Can I just get the normal google home page by changing the themes? It’s one huge mess!

Any help would be appreciated so I can get back to our actual therapy.

How do I remove Myinboxhub? I did some research, but I want to make sure I correctly do it.

I’m a Speech Pathologist and, I recently discovered this when I went on one of my client’s PC. Everything is different on her home page in Google Chrome. Also, is there a way of stopping this from happening again?

Any help would be much appreciated!
