Actually had to reset the Tab A w/Android v8 to factory defaults due corruption problem and restore it.  Went to the Android Guys site and found the 3 methods. Unfortunately the Helium links were broke and the Mobikin program is $30-40, a bit much for my pallet to backup a couple of free games.
