I, too, followed the instructions exactly. I also tried each and every suggestion listed on this thread and none of it works for me. It would appear than Kim needs to take a good look at it and research and write out every step needed for those of us who can’t use what has been written.

That doesn’t work for me. I did the “run as admin” and I am listed as an administrator anyway. However, I still get the message “You need permission to perform this action.
