Hello Carol,

You will need to enable split tunneling, if you are using Norton 360 you can follow the steps below.

To enable split tunneling in Norton VPN, you can:
Open Norton 360 on your desktop
Click Privacy on the left side of the window
Click Open under Secure VPN
Click the Settings tab
Move the slider to Enable VPN Split Tunneling

Let me know if that does not work or if you are not using Norton 360
