Admin password
My mother-in-law bought a computer from Walmart which she thought was new. When they got it home and set it up there was a phone number as the admin and it couldn’t be rest. I wasn’t with them and did not discover this untilshe had the computer 6 months and too late to take it back. How do we change the admin and the admin password? I have tried calling the phone number several times and left a voice mail each time with no return phonr call. She is having a few computer issues and I can’t help her. First thing we need is to change the admin. But hoe do we do that?

Hello David,
It may not be worth going through the trouble to reset the admin password on a technically ‘tainted’ installation of Windows. Your best bet is to perform a clean install of Windows 10 and you’re in luck because we have an article here on Komando.com that will walk you through the process.
