administrator has been disabled
This, after resetting the PC. There are 2 Administrator accounts. One has been disabled and the other has a password that I do not know. I have tried to reset the PC a second time, to no avail.

More than likely one is your old Administrator account then the new one is the one created during Windows 10 setup.
You can click or tap here to see how to remove the second administrator account, please be sure to be logged in as the administrative account you want to keep around, you should have some data on the desktop/ documents / downloads. That might help identify the account you want to keep.
