      Is a google voice phone # secure and safe from hackers if selling an item or talking to a person I don’t know?

      Hello Lynda,

      When I sell items online locally, I use my own Google Voice number so if someone was malicious then I have that added layer of security by not using my personal number. We have a great article on Komando.com that covers the subject. Be sure to enable 2 Factor Authentication when using any Google account
