  To whom it may concern,
  
  I am having problems with my Android phone. As of this morning, it has frozen up and I’m getting a message on the screen that says UNIVERSAL ANT Test #1 – Test Fail. Universal ANT Test (RAT_LTE_O_Fail. BAND=5, CH=2525 Verdict rssi0_dbm=60, rssilbm=-60, Received rssi0 and it continues on like this. I can’t reboot or go into safe mode either.
