      I purchased Total AV based on Kim’s recommendation but the real time protection feature keeps shutting off. I have deleted and reloaded the program and followed Total AV’s help to no avail.

      What can be causing this?

      What programs are available to diagnose if there are any existing threats (i.e. malware, virus’s, etc.) on the computer?

      Hello Edward,

      Are you sure you have disabled Windows defender, and could you check app & features for Intel rapid storage?
