    I am unable to upload the 2020 Essentials for MAC that I just purchased as well as the Creative Writing. I would like assistance with why this isn’t working or my money back please.

    Hi Elaine,

    We do not sell any software. What was the place where you purchased that software?

    I would suggest you dispute the charges on your credit card.
