Can’t Print E-Mails, or anything off the net
Newbie here. 70 yrs old, not a techie, 50 years in the oilfield, not very computer literate.
A situation is driving my wife nuts. She has a year old HP desktop running Windows 11, Firefox and Thunderbird as email. Norton 360, Epson WF-3540 printer.
A few months ago she started having a problem of not being able to print her receipts from online bill paying. The only option in the print dialog box that popped up was “Save as PDF”….np print option. The problem started in email and then progressed to where she could not print anything from the net. We’ve researched the problem and we’re not the only ones to have it, but there doesn’t seem to be a fix that works. We’ve searched in settings on everything involved and could not figure this one out. We don’t think we know enough to even describe the problem correctly, but this is what we have…
