Can’t print
Have a hp ENVY dv7 laptop and windows 10 64 bit up to date. With the print que open I send a job to the printer and it shows up as if it’s going to print but quickly disappears. Something seems to cancel the print job just before it would start to print. This happens on two hp ink-jet printers both networked and via USB interface. I also have an old hp USB ink jet printer (2020) to which I can print. Any thoughts on why i can’t print to the newer printers?

Hello Robert,
Your best bet is to completely uninstall all HP software and printers from you system, reboot your system and then re install them one at a time.
Additionally there is a pinned thread at the top of every forum you might want to take a look at if you are unsuccessful.
