Cell Service – not monitored ?
I am looking for a cell service that is clean, not monitored. Please advise if you know of a good one, thanks.

Remember the cell-service story, in Iraq ? — the U.S. “alphabet”-agencies had the contractors change the ENTIRE cell-service protocol, SOLELY, so that they could listen-in ! — Yes, they can listen-in, AT the SOURCE ! — no apparent way, of getting-around it !
