Consensus best Duplicate Photo Finder

      Is there any general opinion for the best, easy to use, software to find and delete exact duplicate photos (and to sort and set aside similar, possible duplicate photos) from OneDrive and Photos?
      There seem to be several programs, and some are apparently not easy for a non-power user to operate without a high risk of screwing up.
