deleting info from old computers that don’t work
How do I delete my info from the computers that no longer work? Will it do any good if I remove the hard drive and destroy it? How do I remove the hard drive? I’m wanting to take them to recycling but I want the info off first. Thank you for reading this and I appreciate any help I can get.

We recently wrote about this on our site here. It might be easiest to run software to wipe the disk, or you can remove the hard drive. Removing the hard drive usually only involves opening the case and removing the drive using a screwdriver. Once it is out you can destroy it. Let us know if we can provide any other help!
