Found a slightly thicker piece of 1 1/2″ square white paper stuck to fabric, cannot remember what, but by holding it up to light I could see a computer chip in it!!! Freaky. Being a photographer I took a pic of it but cannot seem to post it here. Anyone know what it might be and “what” I should do with it. Thanking you in advance.

If your paper tag looks similar to these here, it is most likely an anti-theft tag. These set off the alarms near department store exits if not removed or deactivated.
