Dog tracking collar vs AirTag
Fr. Andrew in Wyoming called asking about dog tracking tech for his new dog Piper.
I explained that I use a Fi for Abby.
He asked about Airtags. You can use one but keep in mind that Airtags don’t work on cellular. They work on a mesh network created by nearby Apple devices. So, if you’re in a rural area, I would not depend on them.
