I RESTARTED MY COMPUTER AND UPON STARTING, MY DESKTOP ICONS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE DUPLICATED A THOUSAND TIMES.
HELP!!

Hello Dianece,

If you use the “win key + E” on your keyboard this will open an explorer window, you can then navigate to your desktop folder on the left-hand side, possibly in your quick access area. If not navigate to c:\users\(your profile name)\desktop then sort the data by date, from here you can Identify when the duplicates were created and in turn delete them accordingly by date.

This should take care of the issue.
