DYMO vs Windows 10
Windows update killed my DYMO label writer 450 twin turbo, DYMO support has not helped. Printer started printing blank labels. Support said uninstall update and disable auto update until solution found. Worked until windows forced update. Update corrupted DYMO to point where I had to uninstall. Have tried multiple times to re-install. Start install status bar shows progress until a window pops up. Window is Windows Installer “V5.0.19041.1” with list of options. That is as far as installation gets. Hopefully some one has Idea of what to try next??

Please uninstall all Dymo software from your computer, disconnect the device as well. Then make sure Windows is completely up to date.
Now you will want to visit the Dymo site here to acquire the latest software, on the landing page they describe how they are aware of the issue and the latest version of the software will fix the blank printing issue.

I have done that now 4 times all with the same results. Uploaded ALL Windows updates, no errors or failed updates. Start install of latest version of DYMO and it gets to the same window showing version of windows installer and that is as far as installation goes. Check program files, no DYMO installed. Used search bar, only DYMO that comes up is on the WEB!

Which program are you trying to install? I have included links for each program Dymo Offers.
The search menu will not work for these old apps you will have to navigate to the Dymo install directory manually.
C:\Program Files (x86)\DYMO\
If the install wizard never shows you the final message “InstallShield Wizard Completed” Which will offer to launch the intended software. Then you may be having another issue, might you be able to try on another computer or laptop?

Dymo tech support solved by installing it on c drive before windows opened. When I was finally able to get through they were amazing support
