  Email hacked

  My 85-year-old uncle’s email was hacked.
  In about 5 minutes, I received 4 emails to my various email accounts from “him” saying
  “Urgent Favor!
  Hello
  Do you have account with Amazon company
  Much love, M”

  I called him to see what he needed and he had received at least one other phone call with the same question.

  I assume someone looking to get his amazon account info.

  What simple assistance or instructions, if any, can I give him? He is computer illiterate and I live 600 miles away.
