It was recommended that I should delete the ES Explorer App.
What will happen to my files if I delete the app that organizes them? Any recommendations to replace that particular app?

I do not show that we had mentioned removing the ES Explorer app. I do show another app, called Explorer File Manager, was mentioned in a recent article about 17 Android Apps to delete:

As far as the files go, they should not be affected upon uninstalling a File Management app. We do not have a recommendation at this time, but I have passed this on to our editorial team as a suggestion!
