Express VPN Unable to Connect!

      Hi Kim,
      Several times when trying to connect to the Internet using my Express VPN I get a pop up message stating:
      Unable to connect to USA-New York or Tampa. Internet traffic is blocked. Why does this happen and is there a way to fix this so that I can use my Express VPN? Thanks for your help.

      Sandy, some users experiencing the same thing resolved it by updating the express vpn app. If it still continues I would follow the steps on this article, or talk to express vpn via their live chat.

      My advise is to drop ExpressVPN! I tried installing their firmware to my Asus Router and it got bricked! They will not reimburse me for my router (even though the firmware they provide was suppose to support it and I followed their instructions to the T! I cancelled my subscription right away! DO NOT SUPPORT this company!
