Facebook login
I got a new phone and changed carriers.
I logged out my Facebook account thinking that I could get back in.
I tried to log back in and I couldn’t even get a text.
I tried by email. Got an old code.
I made a new account thought the log info was saved. It wasn’t and I can’t even get back into that.
I can’t even get a text to get back in.
I use Facebook to keep in touch with family and friends.
I’m distraught today.

Do you happen to have an old tablet or computer still logged in? Did you transfer your old phone number to the new carrier? When you say you tried by email but received an old code, were you able to retrieve the email as soon as you triggered the code to be sent?
