On March 24th, my Facebook account was hacked. I received an official looking message in Messenger about some wrong activity on my Artistically Yours Facebook page. This is a page I used for Stampin’ UP, which I am not involved in anymore. I rarely post on that page at all. Obviously, this message was NOT from Facebook, but at the time I did not know that. Immediately someone named Pham Van Ngoan (lizethpurintonuk@hotmail.com) “accepted my friend request”. I do not know this person, and I did NOT send a friend request. He/She then “joined” me as business manager on this page. When I wanted to log in to get rid of him, my account, both my personal page and this one were suspended. I received no email or information from Facebook at all. I enclose the message that comes up when I try to log in. This is NOT my instagram account. I have sent problem reports to Instagram, with no response at all, not even an acknowledgement that it was received. No doubt it is being sent to the hacker instead. I am not sure how else to appeal this. My instagram account is still working. I NEED HELP!!!
