      How does one transfer Apple Floppy Disc content from 1992 to flash drive or the cloud? I tried two companies that transfer data, pictures, etc and both said that I would have to find an old mac. Any suggestions? Thanks!

      Hello David,

      If the floppy disks are 3.5′ you would need a Mac running macOS Mojave(10.14) or earlier and a USB Floppy disk drive.

      Apple removed support for the Hierarchical File System (HFS) on vintage Mac floppies starting with Catalina.

      Alternatively, you can use a PC paired with the same USB floppy drive and some software to recover the data. Tap or click here to see a writeup on the procedure.
