Rusty from San Antonio, TX is not getting a good WiFi signal into his metal constructed shop.

Here’s what we recommended for Rusty.

TP-link Deco x68, Tri-band Mesh solution (John owns this and loves it) 2 device kit.

    Or

    Eero 6 pro Tri-Band – https://amzn.to/3443UPR
    $599.00 – 3 device kit

Placing one of the mesh extenders near the shop window, if this does then at least he will have equipment ready to connect to the hardwire he will inevitably have to run if the Tri-Band mesh does not work out.

    Direct Burial – Cat5e – https://amzn.to/2QJGIn6

    Hello,

Regarding the Metal shop being 200ft away, you may very well want to look into trenching a hardline all the way to the shop. Keep in mind you would still need either the Eero 6 or Deco kit, so you can rebroadcast Wi-Fi from the shop.
