Hello and help

Not sure what happened but gmail will not open in firefox I have tested my gmail through gmail site, I get the text and submit verification. But still can’t click on gmail to open with link, it doesn’t react at all or trying to get it to open when I type gmail address directly into search. I know the email address is still current, but wondering if my laptop is blocking or a setting by accident deactivated. Any advice will be welcome, Thanks so much, Em

A good test would be to see if you can use another web browser to visit gmail.com such as Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome. If you find that you are able to visit the website using another browser I suggest uninstalling Firefox and re installing a fresh copy from https://www.mozilla.org

Thanks for help, I did reinstall and while Gmail still wouldn’t open on main screen, it did open when I went to New Private Window. Thanks again, Em
