Outlook refuses to let me use gmail. It has worked on my computer for years, now it doesn’t. I just installed the latest update for windows 10. Could that be the problem?

Hi Karen,

Outlook should support this. Check out the article below. You might try to remove and re-add the account. The article indicates some recent updates may have caused changes, but it is not clear if that was recent or not:
