Hi,
I have a smilebox slideshow (Pro acct.) that I transferred onto a video format on my computer. the intent was to provide my company with the slideshow to show the different company stations what our station was all about. They use GoToWebinar to put the shows up, however they have had difficulty getting it up on the site. Smilebox says that they are MP4 but I guess I need another way to make it compatible with the GoToWebinar site. Any suggestions? If you need to see the slide show, I’ll be happy to send to you, especially if that would help, you might even enjoy it (that would be a bonus for me). Thanks for any help, Em

It seems that only the organizer of the webinar is capable of uploading the video file for everyone to see, I also see that .MP4 is a compatible media format. Click or tap here to see how the organizer can upload your media for everyone to see.
