Help my older parents use iPad remotely?
My 76-year-old mother often calls asking for help doing things on her iPad.
At work, I use a windows 10 machine and at home, I use a Pixel Chrome book & pixel 2lx.
What is the best way for me to see her screen to walk her through things? Recall, she needs to be able to turn on the share easily.
Through work, we are both on a paid version Microsoft teams although we have not used it. Also, we both have google accounts, perhaps hangouts?

Hello Waterskier,
Your best be would be to use Team Viewer so she can share her screen for you to view while you direct her on what to do on the iPad. Hopefully that will make things easier.
