HI! HELP! Daughter in medical school. Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series 2-in-1 (7506). (School recommended.) Problems since first day. All updates done. Now randomly turning off, logging out of tabs, logging out of browser, sad face screen, cannot take notes with stylus, and much more. MAJOR STRESS.
We have 4 year premium support, onsite support, 4 year accidental damage (might be crack in screen), 1 year hardware. On lengthy holds, transfer, and call drops with Dell, unable to get support. On the phone a total of 1:50 without resolution. Advice?
Can you recommend another brand of reliable laptop of this caliber and specifications known for better customer service? There is specific software that is loaded by the school. The 2-in-1 in what she needs, ability to take notes, adjust contrast and size of text. (She has the added challenge of a visual condition amidst computer failure.)
