Hi Thomas,
First off, I am sorry that this question slipped through the cracks and you didn’t get a response much sooner.
From what I could find what you were asking for, that clip is from The Kim Komando Show aired on August 22, 2026. You can find that podcast here: https://www.komando.com/episode/a-cop-searched-his-ex-717-times-flocks-ceo-admitted-it/
During that show, Kim and Andrew walk through the home inventory tip together. Here’s the breakdown:
1 – Open ChatGPT or Gemini on your phone
2 – Walk through your home room by room and video everything
3 – Feed the video to the AI and prompt it to compile a full list of everything it sees, formatted as a spreadsheet or Google Doc
4 – Ask it to flag high-value items and look up sold listings on eBay to estimate current worth
5 – Send the finished list to your insurance agent and ask if your coverage actually matches what you own
Important note: Your insurance company will accept this as a valid record of your belongings, BUT you have to send it to your agent proactively, before anything happens. It does you no good sitting in a folder after a fire or burglary. I hope this helps!
