How to login to a computer not knowing password

      How can someone login in to a computer without knowing the password? It is a Dell Desktop running Windows 10. Will they have to hire a computer technician? The operator of the computer is having memory problems and likes to control everything. She won’t even share the password with her own sister who is the President of their family business. Thanks for your help.

      I think hiring a technician to do this would be your best solution.
