How to open a ,dcm File

  I have CD’s of X-Rays, but can”t open on MAC,
  MY cd player says it is a .dcm file

  Hello 209672,
  
  I found a program called Horos DICOM viewer that should do the trick, this should work well with the .dcm along with all DICOM files, MRI’s, X-ray’s etc.
