    Celia from Gonzales, Texas is a member of a nonprofit club that has a two-day fundraiser once a year. Celia wants to help set up a Wi-Fi hotspot for the event. I pointed her towards DayPassWireless. This service lets you prepay for a wireless hotspot.

    Another solution is to buy your own mobile hotspot. I like the 4G NETGEAR hotspot.

    You can pop in an existing SIM card from your cell phone or purchase a pay-as-you-go data plan.
