My Incredimail, which I’ve used for a long time is gone forever, along with Flash since it requires Flash to run. My email provider is Hotmail (Outlook?) which has been forwarding all email to Incredimail. My question is: Since I’ll have to uninstall Incredimail, what will happen to my folders and their contents? Will they be migrating to Hotmail automatically after uninstalling Incredimail, or will they be deleted? Which do I uninstall first – Incredimail or Flash? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello Lena,
If all of your email is still showing up in Hotmail/outlook then you are safe to uninstall Incredimail. However you should first export all of the mail by following this guide here. You can then choose to use another email client such as Mozilla Thunderbird or stick with Hotmail/Outlook.
Uninstall I would first remove Incredimail and then Flash player.
